Foarte amabila si interesata de pacient
Sigura de sine, precisa si atenta cu pacientul, vorbeste clar, da informatii coerente, stie sa asculte pacientul.Are o buna stapanire a timpului, de aceea respecta cu mici abateri programarea initiala. Faptul ca isi cheama pacientul in cabinet,adresandu-i-se cu prenume si nume, creeaza de la inceput o placuta apropiere.Doamna dr.Nicoleta Lazan e de incredere si o recomand cu caldura si altor pacienti.Ilustreaza perfect Scoala medicala clujeana!
