Sifilis este considerat a fi un ulcer genital si se raspandeste prin contact direct cu o leziune in timpul contactelor orale, vaginale, sau anale, dar poate fi transmis si de la mama la fatul nenascut.

Semne si simptome:
– leziuni(in termen de 3 luni de la infectie) in locul in care bacteria sifilis intra in organism
– rotund, ferm, si nedureros
– uneori se poate vindeca si singur in 3-6 saptamani
– netratat corespunazator poate duce la sifilisul secundar.
