Insuficienta renala acuta apare atunci cand rinichii nu-si mai indeplinesc functia de filtrare a produsilor toxici in urma metabolismului.Ea este reversibila, rinichiul fiind relativ unicul organ major care are capacitatea de a-si redobandi functia aproape complet pierduta.

Semne si simptome:
– ameteala
– greata, varsaturi
– umflarea picioarelor
– tahicardie
– productie mica de urina
