Grade I (mild hyperstimulation)

-Oestradiol over 3.000pg/ml; over 30pg/ml progesterone in early luteal phase;
-Urinary estrogen is over 150mg/24 hours pregnanediol over 10mg / 24 hours;
Grade II (moderate hyperstimulation)
, Abdominal discomfort, abdominal pain, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea;
-Early signs suggestive: Sudden increase in weight over 3 kg;
-Ovaries appear enlarged on ultrasound examination, up to 12x12cm;
Biochemical examinations, blood counts and slightly modified;
Grade III (severe hyperstimulation)
-Fluid collections in the abdominal or thoracic: ascites, hidrotorace, hidropericard;
-Marked blood count changes, trombembolie even hypovolemic shock;
Ovary-diameter increase over 12 cm.
